CHAIR YOGA SERIES (All Levels)

Chair Yoga provides a safe and accessible way for anyone struggling with balance/movement from a previous injury/surgery to take full advantage of yoga’s amazing fitness and health benefits. Class begins with centering meditation, proceeded by a full body, seated workout. Part of the sequence may focus on standing poses as we utilize a chair to provide balance. Modifications and options are provided so you feel supported. This class is recommended for any one of any age & level looking for a seated, gentle yoga class!
